Busy bodies at Sand Lake. Emily likes to carry around buckets of water, Ben likes to dump them out. Both of them are getting very accustomed to the water these days, in spite of the cool weather most weekends this summer. They are also getting accustomed to kayaking with dad! We have a new tandem kayak with a front seat that moves to the middle, so Emily rides in the back seat, dad paddles, and Ben rides on a towel in front. It works out really well except for all the added weight. It's easy to go in a straight line, but turning is a real pain... It's great to be able to get out on kayaks with the whole family now though.
