Our hosts in Spain were Sarah's uncle and aunt Jan and Birgitta. They gave us a nice taste of all the different foods that are common in or native to Spain, and acted as our tour guides. We even got to try bunny rabbit, and to tell you the truth, it doesn't taste like chicken. It's more like pork. Outside of all of the little bones, it was pretty good! Ham is very common, with stores having row after row of legs of ham hanging up behind the counters. The Spanish Paella is incredible, I highly recommend it if you make it to Spain. Posted by Picasa
